We were tasked with investigating why the KPIs and CTR were low on the old Waze ads site. Through data analysis and user testing, we identified pain points in the user experience and fixed the design to address those issues. Our data-driven approach to the UX/UI design allowed us to deliver effective solutions that met our client's business goals.
